| Annual Dinner & Prize Presentation Our Annual Dinner & Prize Presentation will be held on Saturday 19th May at the Cherry Orchard in Port Erin 7:30pm for 8:00pm. (please note that this is a change of date from that which was originally published at the beginning of the year). Please click here for a copy of the Menu. Prices for members are £10 for 2 courses and £14 for 3 courses and for non members is £15 for 2 courses and £19 for 3 courses. We need to know numbers attending and menu choices in advance, so please e-mail Sue Clegg photographic_society@manx.net with your details, numbers attending and menu choices. The meal wil be followed by the presentation of prizes and awards to this years competition winners. |
| Manx Petroleum Calendar David Kay has given the go ahead for us to supply Manx Petroleum with images for next years calendar and has asked for different images than previous years. The deadline is the end of June so we all need to get clicking as it’s £500.00 into the club funds. Please submit your photos to John Keelan. |

Photography Exhibition, Port Erin Railway Station We are due to put an exhibition on at the Port Erin Railway Station from mid May through until the end of June. We would particularly like some subject matter which suits the venue such as photographs of the Railways / Trains, photogrpahs of the South of the Island and because it is running over TT week, some bike pictures can also be included. Photographs needs to be mounted so that we can attach velcro tabs to the back of them. If you would like an A3 print, please send your image to John Keelan who will be able to print it out for you. |
| Summer Outings Throughout the summer we will be organising a number of club outings around the island where you will have the opportunity to snap plenty of photographs. The first event is by the kind permission of Anna Mayall's mother who has invited us to visit
her private glen in Dalby on the afternoon of Sunday 13th May. Please reply to this e-mail if you would like to go on this outing and we will provide you with directions of how to get there. |
| Yachting Sailing events start on Sunday11th December at 10am and then every Sunday until the end of March weather permitting at Injebreck Reservoir in West Baldwin. |
